Chatfield Corners Metro District Election Information
Colorado Special Districts (including Chatfield Corners Metropolitan District) hold elections for the election of directors to serve on the District’s Board in May of odd-numbered years. The next District election will be held on May 2, 2025.
To be eligible to run for a Board seat a person must be an “eligible elector” in the District which is defined as a registered voter of Colorado and either:
- The owner (or spouse of the owner) of taxable real or personal property situated in the District
- A person obligated to pay taxes under a contract of purchase taxable property.
The offices of Marchetti & Weaver, LLC perform all accounting functions for both the District and the Association. Budgets and audits (if applicable) are shown for each entity.
